Wheat and Gluten Free

Almost all of our menu is gluten and wheat free if you order corn tortillas (or tostadas which is a “hard corn shell”) and avoid the flour tortillas, including flour tacos, quesadillas and burritos.  The following menu items should also be avoided:

  • torta (Mexican bread sandwich)
  • fish tacos (breaded) 
  • chicken chipotle (Fridays special) – contains wheat flour
  • chicken mole (Wednesdays special) – contains wheat flour

You can eat corn tacos and crunchy corn tostadas with any of the following fillings:

  • carne asada steak
  • chicken
  • pibil (shredded pork)
  • barbacoa
  • lengua
  • butternut squash
  • guacamole
  • refried beans

You can also enjoy with all of  the toppings that we have:

  • white onions
  • tomatoes
  • cilantro
  • marinated red onions

The red and green salsas, tamales, and Mexican rice are also gluten, milk and wheat free (as well as vegan).
