Build-your-own Taco Bar (buffet style) so your guests can make their tacos to taste. This ensures that the fillings are warm and the tortillas are fresh.

• Tortillas (corn, flour or tostada)
• Taco veggies : tomatoes, onions shredded cabbage, cilantro, purple onions
• Mexican Rice
• Refried Beans
• Homemade green and red salsa
• Chafing dishes, sternos and serving utensils

Plates, utensils and napkins are .50 plus tax per person
